I would like to thank your company for the tremendous job you did in cleaning up the damage from the flood of my home. While on vacation, I received a phone call from a neighbor telling me the first floor of the house had been flooded due to excessive rain which the sump pump could not cope. After spending several hours on the phone with local repair companies in the Chicago land area, I found Midwest on the Internet via a Google search. Not only were you the first company to respond, but you did so even though it was after normal business hours and on a Saturday. The representatives from your company did an extremely thorough and professional job of cleaning up the tremendous mess that the water and other factors had left behind. You worked with my insurance company, which took the burden off of me during an extremely stressful time in my life and I thank you.
